The super clean environment reflects dedication to excellence.. Free water refills proved helpful . The rooftop bar was nice. I enjoyed decent breakfast options served there.
I noticed a slight lack of clarity regarding taxes and service charges at the restaurant.

The restaurant staff seemed undertrained. Taxes and service charges were not clearly included in the initial pricing. This lack of transparency caused confusion when the final bill arrived. I expect greater clarity in pricing at a hotel of this supposed caliber.

a wonderful experience

I stayed for several nights and loved the location near the river. my room had a nice outdoor bath (and an additional main bathroom). the rooftop bar offered a very pleasant experience. I had meals there too.

The location was decent . It was close to the river , which was nice.
I had issues with the room's temperature control , it just didn't seem to adjust correctly. The room was either too hot or too cold . Also , the Wi-Fi was spotty in my room . I needed a stable connection for work , and this was a real problem.
